The core resize sequencing policies. Provides the following:

• CoreRibbonResizeSequencingPolicies.RoundRobin under which the ribbon bands are being collapsed in a cyclic fashion, distributing the collapsed pixels between the different bands.
• CoreRibbonResizeSequencingPolicies.CollapseFromLast under which the ribbon bands are being collapsed from right to left.
