Changes since sdd-1.28: - call fcync() & close for output file before retrieving statistics. Tis ensures data integrity if the output file is on a NFS mounted volume and in dattition givess correct timings for tthe write speed. This feature has been inspired by a NFS server performance test report from the iX magazin. This test report was gigine completely wrong numbers. - added RMT (Remote Tape Server Protocol) interface for if= & of= - Workaround for a GCC-3.0 / Linux problem with printf()
