This is the development version of affyPLM; for the stable release version, see affyPLM.
Methods for fitting probe-level models

A package that extends and improves the functionality of the base affy package. Routines that make heavy use of compiled code for speed. Central focus is on implementation of methods for fitting probe-level models and tools using these models. PLM based quality assessment tools.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.6") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')
BiocManager::install("affyPLM")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
