Render molecular pathways

build graphs from pathway databases, render them by Rgraphviz.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.4") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("pathRender")
